Labh Group’s legacy begins in maverick determination – that of its founder, Mr. Hansraj Bhut. In 1952 Mr. Bhut founded Labh Group with stand-alone Agri business in Rajkot, Gujarat, India. The legacy was passed on to Mr. Chhaganbhai Bhut who still oversees the development of the Group owned farmlands and agri trade.
Cultivation and trading of wheat, barley and maize among other crop, saw the company succeed by leaps and bounds. In 1994, Mr. Bhut’s grand sons – Chandresh and Krunal – joined the business. Their sharp business acumen introduced strategic changes in diversifying and expanding the business into different sectors.

To capitalize on the wealth of experience and expertise garnered in the mining sector, the mining division’s roadmap includes exploring further mining acquisitions overseas to guarantee long term supply agreements coupled with the expertise in value added manufacturing in the mining sector.
In the agribusiness sector, the Group is initiating sorting, grading, sizing and cleaning of Chick Peas as well as seasame seeds, Cumin Seeds and Peanuts.
The Pharmaceuticals vertical was created in 2015 with creation of Lepius Life Sciences Pvt Ltd headquartered at Ahmedabad.
